Hi, this is Amanda, I hope you benefit from the sprays we have chosen for this Mental Health Buddy Box. We all go through times in life when we feel as though we need an extra 'buddy' and this set of sprays is intended to be just that, offering support and comfort, with energies to help you with life's rough patches and ups and downs. It is important we remember that life is the rainbow; made up of the sunshine and the rain and that it is normal to have times where we feel sad, angry, lost, lonely, confused and out of balance. If these feelings become the norm and drag on for a long time, we lose our sparkle, zest for living and can start to always expect the worst, making it even more likely we will remain stuck. However, we should never be ashamed of how we feel, life can throw us all curve balls and difficulties and there are rites of passage we all go through which include the loss of a loved one, saying goodbye to an old way and stage of life, illness, limitation etc. These, plus life's daily pressures can often be depleting and depletion I firmly believe, is a big part of depression. Having suffered from depression myself I believe complementary therapies have their place alongside conventional therapies. Remember also, to affirm, 'I am in recovery' - not to get attached to identifying with a label of any affliction or illness.
These sprays are recovery aids which can be used alongside other treatments, practices and whatever you need to do to maintain your own equilibrium. A common phrase I hear Archangel Metatron say is the line from the The Beatles song "Whatever gets you through the night, is alright, it's alright". What he means by this is we must all find our own mix of things we can do to remain healthy and well. This includes learning to say "no", enforcing boundaries, and putting yourself first sometimes! Also, always remember that the angels are there to help us throughout our life. We hope this selection of sprays and crystals help too.
